How do I answer common interview questions?
Use the STAR structure — situation, task, action, result — and keep each answer to about 90 seconds. Prepare five stories that can be reshaped to fit most behavioural questions rather than memorising answers to twenty questions.

How do I answer 'tell me about yourself'?
Present, past, future: what you do now in one line, the two experiences that got you here, and why this role is the logical next step. Sixty to ninety seconds.
What's the best answer to 'what's your weakness'?
A genuine limitation plus the concrete system you use to manage it. Fake weaknesses like perfectionism read as evasive.
What questions should I ask the interviewer?
What success looks like at six months, what the team struggles with, and why the role is open. They signal seriousness and give you real information.
Should I discuss salary in the first interview?
Ask for the range if it wasn't posted; giving your own number first is best avoided until you understand the scope of the role.
