Chapter 06 — Family & Parenting
When should I start potty training?
Most kids are ready between 22 and 30 months. Signs: interest in the toilet, staying dry 2 hours, and being able to pull pants down. Girls often start earlier than boys.
Follow-up questions
How long does it take?
3 days to 3 months. The intensive '3-day method' works for some; slower approaches for most.
Nighttime dryness?
Comes later — often 4–5 years old, sometimes much later. It's neurological, not effort.
